How does this work?
Step 1:
We only need the templates of your various PDF invoice types (invoice, cancellation, credit note, etc.) and then create a so-called fingerprint for each template, which reads the PDF invoices and converts them into an e-invoice format of your choice. Special processes for your invoices may also need to be taken into account.
Step 2:
You must specify the format (XRechnung or ZUGFeRD) in which you want the PDF invoice to be converted. You can also convert the PDF invoice into one of the e-invoice formats listed above on a partner-specific basis.
Step 3:
You select the transmission method – should the e-invoice be provided by e-mail, via OFTP2, via AS2 or another transmission method.
Step 4:
We take care of the rest from there!
We convert the PDF invoice to e-invoice according to your specifications above and provide you with the pdfDAX service on a specified date.
